new adquisition

Readers,

I know me and my blog have grown smaller of fashion & style, since it turned more into a photography blog last year, and I started caring a little bit less about how I looked and more about how I behaved. I learned that the way you dress, although it says something about you, can't beat your words and your attitude, because they say much more.
However, it doesn't mean that I started dressing poorly or anything. I just began to put less time and importance on making a statement (fashionwise), and just dressing in a way that just fitted me. And also, it doesn't mean that I don't get excited when I buy a new shirt, dresse, a new pair of jeans, or in this case shoes (more especifically, boots). I love them! They're ALDO and perfect for this season (remember that I'm on the southern hemisphere).

They're really comfortable, so I can wear them to uni :D
That's all, folks!

you say goodbye and i say hello

Hello, blue people!

Well, yesterday was the famous farewell lunch! It went great and I had an excellent time there. I did all the singing with Yanni and I don't even know how it went (not that I really want to know either). Anyway, it was a lovely afternoon.
When it all finished and we were waiting for our taxi, we got whistled 16 times! And we were like... 20min there! So funny...
When I got, home it was such a relief after 8hrs walking with my 11cm heels, it was kind of weird to walk with my entire feet on the floor.
Here I leave you some photos:

fill your heart

Since I arrived from school I've had my Miami Dolphins blanket (gift from my brother). It's beautiful and not that warm. It mantains your body temperature. Just ideal.

Well, I've never been tagged for anything, but I'll take one of the "I tag everyone" as an excuse to do something here. I'll take one from Starbucks and Jane.
"Seven random things about myself"

1. Although my wallet, pencilcase, schoolbag and lunchbox are green, that's not one of my favourite colours.
2. I have a lot of style icons, and Blair Waldorf is topping the list together with Audrey Hepburn.
3. I make a tea party for every season of the year. Next one is Spring Tea Party, two weeks from now.
4. My three passions are languages, photography and drama.
5. I don't like neither alcohol nor cigarettes.
6. One third of the music I listen to is in French, and although I don't understand anything they say, I sing them anyway (knowing how they're pronounced correctly, but with no idea of the meaning).
7. My favourite actress is Audrey Hepburn, and actor, Johnny Depp.

Now I tag: Toti, Kichi, iGnaa, Carola, Carmen, Juli and Marti.

the simple life

Me gusta Gossip Girl, me gusta Lipstick Jungle, pero también adoro Grey's Anatomy, Friends, Two and a Half men y The Big Bang Theory.

blogaholic

Oh, Jesus Christ. Now I know what happens. I'M A BLOGAHOLIC!
I realised that most of the time I spend here while I'm listening to music, I'm reading blogs, whether they are...

+ my friends' blogs

+ fan blogs (from celebrities I like)

+ style/fashion blogs:

+ other cute blogs of people who have an interesting life in my opinion,
have an original style, an amazing taste on things or great sense of art:

Thanks for making my days, the days of a blogaholic.

why so serious?

Hello, mateys!
Yesterday, I went shopping! FINALLY. It's been months! Anyway, I didn't buy much stuff. Just one tote and a trilby hat in a cute store called Zoo:

BUT I also found some cute other things. Now, I recall of two things: a lovely and femenine light blue blouse and a sort of greyish one shoulder frill dress. Both from Topshop new arrivals, that means expensive. But it's just a matter of time for them to decrease in price. Let's see in a month or less than that (for my birthday!).

Then, at night, I watched El Orfanato, a Spanish movie. It was... a MASTERPIECE, really.

And today, I went to the cinema to watch the first Batman film that doesn't have "Batman" in the title: The dark knight and I adored it, it's so cool. And Heathy... unbelievably amazing. He absolutely deserves the Oscar! (I have a sort of weakness for villains in this kind of movies, though). It was so magical... I didn't even cry for him. I was so into his performance that I thought that he way still alive, and it felt really good :)
One thing I loved: the stories of the scars in his face.
+ "Let's put a smile on that face"
+
"Why so serious?"
+ "
Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. We're tonight's entertainment"
+ "Introduce a little anarchy, upset the established order... Well then everyone loses their minds!"
+ "I don't want to kill you. What would I do without you?"
+ "I love this job!"

French Ladies don't know squat

Vanessa Paradis may veer towards existentialist glamour, but aren’t you fed up with the praise heaped on her countrywomen?

* Frenchwomen are so fabulous that they can smoke loads of Gitanes without getting bad breath or brown teeth.
* Frenchwomen can eat croissants without getting crumbs on their cashmere cardigan, or worrying about cholesterol, or becoming hideously obese.
* Frenchwomen always take off one accessory before leaving the house.
* Frenchwomen understand how to keep their men happy in special, secret Frenchy ways, which sometimes involve black lingerie.
* Frenchwomen can tie an Hermès scarf on their heads and not end up looking Kurdish (not that there’s anything wrong with looking Kurdish).
* Frenchwomen put lavender in their panty drawers.
* Frenchwomen are so bloody perfect and superior, it’s annoying.
* Frenchwomen are full of chic!

SG nuts

And yes, Saint Gabriel's School is going crazy!
Well, there four things about this week:
1. Physics: This subject is getting more and more boring each class. Here's the proof
{Notice the horrible calligraphy and all the drawings, borders and stuff. I'm so perfectionist with copybooks that I could never do this to one, unless I'm reaaaaally bored, but the I take off the paper}:

2. LA ZORRA, female for EL ZORRO. This woman has the signature mask of El Zorro, but, instead of the circled shape for the eyes, this one has heart shapes. And she also has a moustache {oh, God, we're so baaaad!}.

3. Our school "inspectors" are so nuts! There are two of them that "owned" a small part of the school and don't let us even breath there!

4. Song of the week:
