#128 - night owl

I got this lovely necklace today at a little bazaar across the street. I've been looking for a necklace like this for almost a year and I found it! I love it ♥ +

thank god it's friday

Yay! TGIF :)
Now, I'll have a -sort of- relaxed weekend. I only have to study math and paint, which is good. Tomorrow will be a great day, it seems. Two friends will join me to a flashmob. What the hell is that? you may ask. Just enter here to find out. We'll participate on an activity called "I read, and you?" and it consists of reading for about ten minutes out loud in order to promote reading. It's going to be real fun.
After that, we'll go to one of my friend's house, and at about 4pm, we'll go to a picturesque café at a quite boho & artistic part of the city to meet other friends and just have a good time. Plus they're going to "celebrate" my birthday, because, a week ago, when it actually was, we didn't have the time, so this is going to be really lovely ♥.

And well... about my birthday! I received wonderful presents!
My dad gave me a sweatshirt and an mp5 and I didn't even know those existed! Apart from a normal mp4 player, it has an eBooks gadget and touch screen. I also received some Lady Grey tea, a Lindtt chocolate and a lovely mug. My mam gave me a bag for my laptop, a pair of sheep slipper socks (so cute!) and Coco Mademoiselle eau de parfum. So... yes, they were lovely presents (and well, for me, the NYC trip was a lot too!)

What else can I tell you?
I don't know if I told you before, but I'll perform Alice in Wonderland, and I got the Alice part... and I needed a dress... and I bought it online... YES! I bought it online! I really loved it:

I think that's all folks!
Love, Cee.

P.S. I will post tomorrow's pictures on the next entry.

the city so nice they named it twice

So... I came back from a week in NYC last Monday :)
I'll tell a few details of each day.

Monday I got lost at the Grand Central Station and enjoyed my way back to the hotel by walking on 5th avenue, Broadway and Times Square. They picked me up and we went to Rockefeller Center and had a great view of The City. At night, we went to Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and took photos with almost every wax celebrity.

Tuesday We took the Circle Line Cruise and saw the Statue of Liberty and some famous bridges. We shopped and, at night, we went to the top of the Empire state and saw the city that never sleeps.

Wednesday We went to The Dakota and walked through Strawberry Fields. Then, we went to the American National History Museum. After that, we crossed Central Park by the Jackie Onassis Reservoir to go to the Guggenheim Museum. We closed the day with Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera.

Thursday We crossed Central Park in order to arrive to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (my favourite), and then, headed our way to the Frick Collection. After some art, we headed to the Fashion avenue and saw all the famous boutiques (I had a little Audrey Hepburn moment in front of Tifanny & Co). It was a great day ♥.

Friday We went to Ground Zero by subway. Then, we visited St. Paul's chapel and shopped at J&R on our way to Wall Street. Next step: Chinatown and SoHo. There, we went to the New Museum (there was like the best elevator ever) and then to Strand (I had to buy a bag, because I bought plenty of books).

Saturday First stop: St. Patrick's Cathedral. Then, we bought some books at Barnes & Noble. Then we went to the MoMA (great museum too). We went walking to the Whitney Museum (on our way, we passed by The New York Palace and there was a little Gossip Girl moment there). After the Whitney, we hurried our way to the Central Zoo and then back to the hotel. Kichi, iGnaa and I went to see Chicago The Musical and then we had like our "last supper".

Sunday Last day, last souvenirs and long flight.

just do it to yourself

Hello, dearests. Yes, today I'll post in English... I'll confuse everyone, mwahahaha! (just kidding).
Today is random entry day, yay!
♫ This was a pretty Radiohead week. They're here and I really, really want to go!
★ I love Coco Rocha's look! I want her hair. Unluckily, my face and skin don't match that hair colour.

♣ I have new shoes! I'm not one of those girls who fall in love shoes every two seconds. But I've been for the search of lace-up booties and these ones caught my attention, and they're mine finally!

♥ I've fallen in love like five times this week! A guy at the drugstore, a man in Ripley -Swatch section-, a man in a car, a guy from school who I'd never seen before and a 4-year-old kid! He was so adorable! He was outside Ruby Tuesday with his family (I was inside) and everytime I saw him, he smiled, but when my other family members looked at him, he didn't. We had a connection ;D, hahaha.
♦ Have you seen Dior's Milly Carnivora collection? IT'S BEAUTIFUL! So full of colour... I'm not so into jewelry, but I wasn't able to ignore these beautiful rings:

☻I love Miss Dior Chérie commercial! I know it's not a new one, but I never told you :)
■ Today is Joe Anderson birthday and I love him. Happy birthday, Joseph!
▲I LOVE KEIRA's PHOTOSHOOT for Red Nose Day. Not new either, I know. And it is Kei's birthday today too!!!

it's closer

Hello everyone! I'm happy today! It's great to change mood from tired to happy. OK, I'm still very exhausted, but I try to cover it with happiness :D
Why so exhausted?, you may be asking. Two weeks ago, I was in my study trip, which takes away a lot of energy, considering that there were days that you had to wake up at 4am! Well, after that, came my tea party which involves two previous days of just cooking. On Saturday, I was out for 12 hours (I slept 4hours), Cote's birthday was on Sunday and I went to her house, on Monday was her surprise party, along with a bucnch of other things, and I spent more than 12 hours out, mainly walking.
Yesterday, I went to the mall to buy the presents for my family and then to the beautiful Café Paris, to meet with Francisco and Vale. We had a great time and laughed a... lot. Then, we went to Starbucks and I think that's pretty much everything we did ♥.

Luckily, Christmas is tomorrow.
