Vimos a Lippi :)

Last Sunday I went to San Cristóbal Hill in Santiago :)
When we got to the top, we had some really good Mote con Huesillos and Palmera.

I love that here in Santiago we can see mountains wherever inside the city, so when it snows, wonderful ladscapes can be seen from wherever you are. This, for instance, I took it at school. +

That's all, folks!

#13 - the city

This is what we now call our LITTLE Manhattan, hahahaha!

I took this at the Film Festival (last night that I went). My friend, Ignacia, and I watched Taking Woodstock, which was just great. I had so much fun watching it! After all, it's Woodstock ♥. We had such a brilliant time, eating sticky Frugelés (a type of sugar coated gums) and just joking about the foot cancer smoker and the feetishism. +

That's all, folks!

#1 - happy new year!

OK, so this is my first photo of my 365 project. It's from today's visit to the cemetery. That's kind of our New Year's family tradition, since my uncle died the first day of 1992, the year I was born. Well, the cemetery where my uncle and granny are buried is an actual park with graves, so it is not strange to find a lot of birds there (there's even a lagoon with ducks and everything).

The thing is that, at one point, my dad told me to look to the two birds with their three chicks that were sort of running on the grass, so me and my little cousin followed them for like two blocks like little spies and I was waiting for the birds to get on the ground to get a better contrast than on grass, so here is the result. I was thinking of uploading a photo of the fireworks, but this one seemed to be more special. And my other option was the tree with eyes (here, here & here), but this one looked better. +

That's all, folks!

it's closer

Hello everyone! I'm happy today! It's great to change mood from tired to happy. OK, I'm still very exhausted, but I try to cover it with happiness :D
Why so exhausted?, you may be asking. Two weeks ago, I was in my study trip, which takes away a lot of energy, considering that there were days that you had to wake up at 4am! Well, after that, came my tea party which involves two previous days of just cooking. On Saturday, I was out for 12 hours (I slept 4hours), Cote's birthday was on Sunday and I went to her house, on Monday was her surprise party, along with a bucnch of other things, and I spent more than 12 hours out, mainly walking.
Yesterday, I went to the mall to buy the presents for my family and then to the beautiful Café Paris, to meet with Francisco and Vale. We had a great time and laughed a... lot. Then, we went to Starbucks and I think that's pretty much everything we did ♥.

Luckily, Christmas is tomorrow.

heureuse

Have you ever feel like the happiest person on the planet? Well, that's my situation today.
You know... Some people hate their countries/cities and can't wait to be old enough to run away, because they just can't stand why they were so miserable to be born there. Some people are blind. In my case, I couldn't love Santiago more than I do, I love that we are surrounded by mountains, I love winter here, I love the streets and the presence of trees.
