just to keep you updated

My life since my last post hasn't changed that much.
I don't know if I told you before, but this year I have to take the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) in Maths, English and Spanish. British people will understand better this thing, because they have to take the GCSE, which is quite the same thing, but t¡with English as a first language, and they actually have to take exams on every single subject (that's what I've heard). Well, I've already taken the oral exam (in English) and, according to my teachers' evaluations I had 30/30, that means an A*! I'm very good at English, since it is my second language, but at the time of speaking, I make little mistakes ( them immediately, because they aren't that frequent) because I get a little nervous.
What else... On Saturday, I went with my dad to a marketplace to buy better fruits and when we finished, the guy who watched our car told some sweet "payas" to me. He was so nice, he made my morning. In the afternoon, some friends came home and we played Pictionary, went to Starbucks, played cards and hide&seek. We had so much fun!
Tada!

bom bo bom, climb a tree

Today was the most "exciting" day of the week. Well, "exciting" is not the word, but it was the less boring one.
I had to do a Biology Presentation about Arteriosclerosis. We did quite well. Also, I had a History test for today and a Spanish report about a book we read. After school, I went with Kichi and Vale to Starbucks and I had a Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino. Vale went her way, and Kichi and I went to our homes, taking the same direction as always. I always have to take the tube and a bus, while Kichi, just the tube. When I arrived to the bus stop, I heard voices screaming my name. It was Sabrina and Isabella, my ex-synchronised swimming partners (I don't practise that sport anymore... since last year). We took the same bus and spent a little time talking until the had to get off (my stop is one of the last ones).
I walked home and when arrived, I realised I didn't have the keys with me. I knocked the door for my maid to open it to me and after several attempts, it was obvious that she wasn't home, so I jumped over the side door (it wasn't easy, because there's almost no place where you can put your feet), and then went to the backyard, but all the doors were closed. There was the kichen window, but it has a stick which avoids the window to be opened, because the lock is useless, so I moved the window in a way that I could move the stick too, and I achieved my goal! After climbing a door, climbing to get through the window was a simple job, hahaha. And that's my story! :)

Then I made myself a cup Lady Grey tea and had a croissant (yummy).

viva Chile

Muchos saludos a Pau y a Cammie!

the simple life

Me gusta Gossip Girl, me gusta Lipstick Jungle, pero también adoro Grey's Anatomy, Friends, Two and a Half men y The Big Bang Theory.

Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.

A voice is speaking, he's the prophet blinded by the light.
A heart is breaking, I can hear it dropped when gone beyond my sight.

This was a weekend full of Olympic Games (I'm so looking forward to go to London 2012),
café Viennois, beauty saloon, internet, telly, Milla Jovović, cold, magazines, models, straight hair, cute comments, Topshop, and more and more café Viennois.

bingo!

There was a farmer had a dog,
And Bingo was his name-o.
B-I-N-G-O!
B-I-N-G-O!
B-I-N-G-O!
And Bingo was his name-o! ♬

Three days ago, I received my second e-purchased item: Italian Vanity Fair (October, 2007):
Today, after school, Kichi and I went together, as we do every Friday, and I thought "Why don't we go to Starbucks?", but Kichi had no money. Luckily, I had enough money to buy coffee for both of us :) A spontaneously spontaneous moment.
When I came back home, I read one more chapter of Michelle XXL, and then started blogging and a bad surprise was waiting: Soir de Fête's goodbye (for good). Too bad, because is one of my very favourite blogs ever...
Anyway, moving on, now I'm going to a bingo with me dad and brother and let's see if luck's on our side and I come home with a televisor or something, hahaha!

and it is completely worth of having

Hello, hello!
Today's entry will be much shorter than last one. Now, I'll just tell the highlights of the day.
Firstly, I woke up pretty early, looked through the window and my eyes were amazed by the wonderful morning. The sky was incredibly clear (and I'm telling you, it is Santiago!!!) and the mountains were perfectly snowed. I love winter mornings.
After some hours, chan chan chaaaaaan! My new nanny told me some package arrived for me, and it was the Vanessa Paradis' Vanessa Paradis (in Italics, because it is the name of her 1992 album) limited edition set that I bought on eBay. That's so cool! I noticed that the seller was from Japan, because of the multiple stamps from Tokyo, but I didn't new if the sender was a he or a she, because his/her name is Hiroyuki.
Well, I've been listening to my first Vanessa Paradis CD all day long, and it sounds amazingly (downloaded songs don't sound the same as the ones from the album).

In the afternoon, Api and Kichi came {Kichi, who knows a bit of Japanese, told me the seller had a femenine name}. We went to Starbucks Coffee and came right back home (when it was already dark), but oh so beautiful. I love winter sunsets too. And the winter sky, actually. We arrived home, we watched 31 minutes videos, read magazines and old ridiculous letters, posted in forums and... nonsense, really. Kichi went first and then, Api and I took a few photos :)
