There isn't any great story about the speed bump.
But...
This beautiful Cocker Spaniel lives in the house that's right in front of mine. But he's always outside. He owns this street. He doesn't bit, he doesn't bark. He's really quiet and calm. He doesn't move if a car is passing; the car has to find its way to pass without bothering him.
He owns it :)
